Poetry O Poetry!
Poetry O poetry Why do you torment me? Poetry O poetry I really do hate thee! Rhymes and riddles, similes and metaphors I really do not care! Poetry O poetry Why do I even dare? There is this teacher, this English teacher That gives out essays and work I work and work and work and work’ There really is no perk Do this! Do that! Write this! Write that! Oh I wish I could just hit him with a bat! Poetry O poetry Why do you torment me? Poetry O poetry Is it because you hate me? ------------------------------------- i wrote this poem after my 4 period class, English(god i hate that class!) i was feeling very mad against poetry because i didn't understand it the way this teacher was teaching it i felt so confused and frustrated  ....
