prom boy dilemma.. Options

This is kind of stupid but ok here it goes. My friend told me that this guy was going to ask me to prom. Then I found out that it was the same guy who asked me out last year, and then starting like my sister this year.Basically every guy I like, try to like or anyone that actually asks me out ends up asking out my sister or say shes hot or something. But thats besides the point. I don't know what to say to him or if I should even go with him. My friend really wants me to, and she said that she would go with him if I didn't..lol. He seems nice and he's really smart and stuff but it's just weird, I barely know him & I would feel so bad saying no, he'd think I was a total jerk. I was kind of planning on just going with three of my friends. Theres just not as much stress in it that way, I get really nervous and extremely shy because I've never really had a real boyfriend before.He asked me if I wanted to go to the taste of chaos (amazing tour) with him because he won tickets, but I still haven't replied.
