how do i compress a video so i can upload it to zippyvideos to put on my site? becuase i've gone to other myspace help sites but when it says "to learn how to compress click here" it goes directly to the homepage which i dont understand. so basically all i'm asking is how do i compress a video (full length) so i can upload it to a host site?
