having trouble submitting a layout.., it wont let me give a picture preview |

ok so im trying to submit a layout and every time i try to submit a screen shot of it it says:
image/bmp images are not supported and Warning: imagesx(): supplied argument is not a valid Image resource in /home/create/public_html/skins/submit.php on line 42 |
