Hi. Spatty is Now Introducing Himself, just following my "to do" list Options

Hey everyone,
My screen name is Spatty11. I used to wear a hat that had the acronym SPATCO on it. It stood for "Southern Pump and Tank Company." I got the hat when my dad worked for them in North Carolina, and I wore it every day for years (maybe three). Anyway, my nickname Became Spatco. Then, it was shortened to Spatty, which rhymed with my previous nickname "Matty" (short for Matt), and I just couldn't shake the darned thing. So, I kept it for a screen name, even though the true "Spatty" period of my life is over, and I've moved on from that circle of friends. The 11 was added because "Spatty" is usually taken, and I believe 11 is a number that represents synchronicity (a very cool thing).

I joined this site so I could have access to Xanga skins. You can visit my Blog at Xanga if you'd like, but I can't guarantee that it will adhere to the PG-13 ratings that Creat Blog requires of its posters. While my blog isn't obscene, I might talk about mature issues, so please only visit if you're over 18 (I'm 33 yrs old, so kids probably will find it boring anyway, I know I will - LOL).

Oh yeah, the introduction:
My interests are Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Guitar and Desktop Audio Production. I was in school for a Chemistry degree, when I got sidetracked by some serious "health" issues. I'm planning on going back soon. I'm glad that it's not strange anymore for men in their 30s to be in college. I won't be partying with the frat boys, but I won't be completely out of place, either.
