I just need Help!, Awesome Layout, but it just acts weird! Options

Okay, so I found the best layout ever, but I have a few problems. First off, here is the link to the site. As you can tell I REALLY like this layout, because if not I wouldn't bother.

Click on "Preview" and that is what I want it to look like.

My problem is this. When I put all the HTML *Ya, you gotta click on the Highlighted Xanga under Moveable Type first* the background shows up great except none of my stuff is in the little boxes. It's like a regular header! I cant figure out a way to make it so that my posts and all that stuff ends up where it's supposed to go. Like the pic will be up, then the moving text and I scroll down some more and it looks like my regular xanga.

So if anyone can help me by telling me if something is missing or what I am doing wrong, I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thanks!
