cant edit my look and feel, xanga editing |

my xanga wont let me change the text color link color (ect,) in the look and feel and it wont let me edit my colors or smiley faces in weblog entrys. can someone please help me? I even tryed updating javascript (that xanga gives you). ppppleeeeasee help .
