Rules most are common sense
Good graphic skills
decent knowlege of html
No long hiatuses
No hardcore pornographic images, (tasteful nudity is acceptable as long as its limited).
No hate images or messages
No MP3 files, all music must be converted to asf or wmv (limit 3 songs).
