you know when you put your mouse over..let's say the smiley faces on here for example, you put it over his face and it says "smilie"
now if i want that on my xanga..when you put your mouse over a link or just any spot on the page or background or whatever..what's the code? if you could help me, pleeeease do it, i'd love to figure it out.
