Xanga Header Flash! HeLP ME PLZ!!, Problems with flash header in xanga Options

well i got a flash i wants to put it in my xanga header....but when i put it in my xanga, it came out the black box for the flash, but it said "Movies is not load" and the flash doesn't come out
