how do you scrunch your hair? what directions do you have to move your hands in? and what kinda of staghtening iron do you like best?

i used to use a conair straigh tener, but it pulled out my hair and it reallt hurt
 but it dint pull out all of my hair so now i have an unaturally big number of flyaway hairs..but i put 5 gallons of hairspray on my hair everyday... ok so i guess a good kind of straightening iron is a flat iron..and then you put some kind of 'lotion' in your hair, and itll make it look choppy and 'peasy' *sp/??* but i think thats called climax or something like that...
