So I have a problem because i am so sensitive about things. And my mom is always so critical of me, its just the way she is, and i went to get my hair cut and i told her i didnt know what i wanted to get it cut like, to ask for her opinion, and she said wll why are we going if you dont know what you want. So I go down to the garage and my mom is talking to my dad and my dads all 'if you dont want to you dont have to.' and he said if theres something else i want to do, and i really wanted to go shopping but my mom thinks i dont have enought clothes, well mom, i only have 2 pairs of jeans that fit me. And then shed get mad if i said that so i didnt say it. And now im really upset and almost crying. Its not no cycle or whatever thats making me feel like this, im just always so sensitive. What should i do about the hair cut and shopping, and what should i do to stop being so sensitive.

They wont let me go anywhere with my friends. They are overprotective.
