Question About My Layout, help!! Options

i have my layout in divs,so i have two images one for the layout one for the background,but the background is showing up above the the layout. is there any way i can position the layout so that this won't happen?

also does anyone know what the hex code for the tan part of my layout is?

It's because you gotta position your banner/layout on the top left corner.. WHen you do that the background wont show up..

For the tan color it is probbaly #E2D9C4 I can't really tell.. Since it must be a .gif..
