ok many ppl looking at this topic would prolly think i mean THE OTHER kindn of crampz but no, i know how to control them, MIDOL! but i have HORRIBLE LEG crampz and they seem criplign sometimes i have tried eating healither and nothing seems to work does anyone have a solution!??!?

ah, growing pains :) i used to get it a lot.
i think its pretty normal. i still dont know how to make the pain go away |
