I would like to get in shape... Havnt played basketball or any strenous activities since I moved to my new house... That was half a year ago. Now Im outta shape underweight... Err in one word scrawny... So what kind of regiments do you do to keep in shape or to workout with?

Running is one of the best things you can do to get in shape. And it gives you endurance. But i mean you can't just stick to running, you need to mix it up with weight lifting and stomach crunches. Swimming is great too, but i mean someone just commented and told you to learn how to breakdance, and actually that might not be such a bad idea. You get into really good shape by breakdancing.

I could start breakdancing... Couple of my freinds told me also... Plus I got good upperbody str... But then I would need someone to teach me so I dont pull crack or break anything and so I dont "act a fool" xD |
