I'm a little bit afraid right now. I'm at the point where I feel distance between myself and...well...everyone. I feel there's even a strain between my best friend and I, and I really don't know what to do about it. It frustrates me to the point where I want to pull out my hair, scream, cry, break something...I'm losing grips on myself and who I am. It feels like I've been sucked into a place where I depend on another person to be happy, and I hate that.
I mean, I love my best friend...but I need some "me" time. The thing about that is when I'm without her for too long, I feel even worse. If you even read this, thank you so much, I know there was a lot to read and I'm sorry about that. Sometimes it just feels good to vent and know that someone out there sees what you're saying. I was in that situation before. It's ok to just take a lil "me" time or whatever. Tell your friend whats up...if she's really ur best friend or whatever she'll understand. When this happened i went a few months not talking to my best friend lauren. And i mean i felt so much better, but yah of course i missed her. But the thing is when we did start talking again i realized that she wasn't the kinda person i would want to be friends with. And it turned out i was right. So i suggest you choose your friends wisely. If you're feeling like this then just be careful girl
