I'm a little bit afraid right now. I'm at the point where I feel distance between myself and...well...everyone. I feel there's even a strain between my best friend and I, and I really don't know what to do about it. It frustrates me to the point where I want to pull out my hair, scream, cry, break something...I'm losing grips on myself and who I am. It feels like I've been sucked into a place where I depend on another person to be happy, and I hate that.
I mean, I love my best friend...but I need some "me" time. The thing about that is when I'm without her for too long, I feel even worse. If you even read this, thank you so much, I know there was a lot to read and I'm sorry about that. Sometimes it just feels good to vent and know that someone out there sees what you're saying. I think first, you should find what is causing this isolation. It could be the depression caused by yourself, or an unconscious enviromental problem. You need to talk it out with someone.. There's not much we can do for you online.
And also, I do not understand your question, but I will try to help you. ^^ If you really wanna talk or something, pm me. =) |
