Deleting a comment, no garbage can |

I want to delete a comment on my blog. I cannot figure out how. It says to log onto the post page and click the garbage can. Well the garbage can is not there. Did I delete it out of my template by accident. I need help pls. thanks

Thanks I will try messing with the comment options. I have tried to delete just a single comment, but when I log on the garbage can is not there. So I possible deleted it or the template I began with never had it. Does anyone know what tag puts the garabage can back on the Blog? Any info would be a help. |
