how do you crop avatars/icons precisely to fit into the template....is there an easier way.....oh and if there is a tutorial about it can you please tell me.....thanx......

lemme show you an example....i made this avy so yea
see the white parts.......it was SUPPOSE to be transparent ~YUKI
