Do you go to sleep to make it die down? Do you cry? Do you beat the shiet out of someone?
I want to sleep, but I can't.  I want to cry, but not for him. I would love to beat the shiet out of him, but I haven't seen him for so long. -.- What do you do?

i usually run into my room, slam the door really really hard, and start screaming...i have a mattress from my old bed standing up againt the wall and i kick it and punch it...i scream so much sometimes that i breakdown and cry too...lately, i've also tried listening to songs and singing the lyrics out loud, even though i can't sing...it works though...
