I would like to get in shape... Havnt played basketball or any strenous activities since I moved to my new house... That was half a year ago. Now Im outta shape underweight... Err in one word scrawny... So what kind of regiments do you do to keep in shape or to workout with?

Well ya I know lifting helps build muscles... But how many per sets and how many reps?
Ive started situps for like a month ![]() But Im still outta shape... I cant even jog my block without being winded... |

We ran for 30mins and Id get like 12 and a half laps around... Came home that year like a built midgit (I was 4'3 freshmen year) |
