Do you go to sleep to make it die down? Do you cry? Do you beat the shiet out of someone?
I want to sleep, but I can't.  I want to cry, but not for him. I would love to beat the shiet out of him, but I haven't seen him for so long. -.- What do you do?

normall when i get pissed i cry... like yesterday.. i almost cried during my vocal lessons cuz smhow i just couldn't get the high note they way my vocal coach wante me to...
but that was cuz i was pissed at myself... if im pissed at other ppl... then well haha i keep a journal..n i right out all my anger...with swear words n everything. scrible it out. n later on when i look back i jus go "whoaaa alice... didn't know you could be soo bitchy" hahaha well at the moment i was pissed so i dun care =) n yea ...i feel like writing is a great way to express anger in a healthy way. ..n best of all .( no1 will ever know =)) cuz i got a lock =P |
