Ive got a week's holiday! its the carnaval holidays, am i the only one who's got holidays?

Nope, there is no carnival holiday in Southern California, L.A. I wish there is a carnival holday in California becuase carnival are really fun, espcially no schools. Does school open during carnival holiday ?
