ok so i was just reading the topic called "flattening your stomach". most of the people responded with doing sit ups or crunches. as a girl, i hope you know that while doing these exercises, it tends to make our boobs smaller =x so, i was just wondering if anyone knows any certain exercises that will help us flatten our stomach and keep our boobs the same size.

It doesn't make them smaller...at least I'm pretty sure it doesn't. Anyways:
Lay on your back, lift your legs straight up and lower them down slowly without touching the ground. Do it about 20 times. Then without touching the ground put your legs straight up and cross them, do crunches...10 times then switch your legs. |
