ok so i was just reading the topic called "flattening your stomach". most of the people responded with doing sit ups or crunches. as a girl, i hope you know that while doing these exercises, it tends to make our boobs smaller =x so, i was just wondering if anyone knows any certain exercises that will help us flatten our stomach and keep our boobs the same size.

O_o it makes our boobs smaller?
it just makes your stomach muscles bigger, but doesn't remove fat. you have to eat right to remove fat on your stomach, and combined with crunches and such, will flatten your stomach. i will never have a completely flat stomach.
