Flattening your stomach, Advice please...

Okay, I sort of need some help on how to flatten my stomach because all I do is fake it by sucking it in. It just bulges out sometimes and I get embarrased. sad.gif

exercise. sit ups. running. etc..they all help the stomach somehow.
