Okay, I sort of need some help on how to flatten my stomach because all I do is fake it by sucking it in. It just bulges out sometimes and I get embarrased.

ohhhhh i thought i had my tummy ever since i was born..after the baby fat went away..hehe ..anywyas ..swimming helps..alottttt...gyumnastics..hiking =]
