New Diet.. Scientifically proved to work basically you eat everyyythinngg you want one day and then you dont eat *anything* the next day and you continue the pattern and by a few weeks you will lose weight but the study proves that even if you lose weight youll probaly lose friends because youll be grumpy* who wouldnt *
So , would you try it just to lose a few pounds? Me, I wouldnt be able too .. -Emmalie |

That is impossible for me. If I ate as much as I could in one day, the next day I would still eat!! So it doesn't work for me and I don't plan on doing it either since its so.........unhealthy and.........its not dieting properly!
