What exactly does ghetto mean?
 some people were saying it means.. like.. gangsta kinda. and some people said it meant gay.  This dude called me ghetto.. so I was just wondering.

Ghetto can means alot, example;
ghetto- cheap and priceless ghetto- crappy and shity ghetto- live out of the town, homeless people ghetto- jews who live outside by the way, their adj. |
