me and ash used to be close ... but then she got a boyfriend -josh- and stopped talking to me (like whoa i*m not good enough), then she met nick.. who was pretty cool. after 8 months with josh she broke up with him for nick (whom she was tlaking to for the past 2 months). when school started and nick cheated on ash with brandi, ash got depressed and ran back to josh.. well luckily josh found jill and didn*t want to talk to ash anymore! then ashley goes psycho*crazy and starts cutting her arms up like a damn frankinstein, hoping everyone would feel sorry for her! obviously no one really cared that much. one day in health we watched a movie on anorexia, and she started doing that to. then she just pops up and tells me that nick got her pregnant and she had an abortion. i was like holy shit (cause that is pretty freaky)
-but she like thinks i*m her best friend, and i*m really not.. i wanna help her, but she*s so annoying and i don*t know what to do!!

honestly, i think you should give her a second chance. even though you may not be the best of friends now, you were before. right? she obviously needs help right now. i'm not so sure you can provide her with the kind she needs though. try sitting down with her and having a long talk. maybe tell her she should go get a phsychologist or psychiatrist (major sp? on both of them). then again, like other people said, it is your fault. and she did ditch you for a guy. i think it could go either way. 1 talk can make all the difference and she really does need you. good luck with your situation.
