What exactly does ghetto mean?
 some people were saying it means.. like.. gangsta kinda. and some people said it meant gay.  This dude called me ghetto.. so I was just wondering.

i guess that ghetto could be good or bad. but where i live (texas) it means like bad. like if something is jacked up or looks bad, the people will say, "that is so ghetto!" but they also say "ghetto fabulous". and i think that means that it is ghetto but is good too. i think but i am not totally sure!
