I dont really watch American Idol anymore....now its just overrated!! But I love Simons honesty...people need to hear the truth otherwise if they tell them that they are good, then they are not helping them out at all...maybe they are hurting their egos and all that but those people who cannot sing need to realize that they are wasting their time and just embarassing themselves on national TV!!
