Quick Question/Help, coding problem Options

Hey guys

Ive finally got a good code and a good layout which i love for Valentines Day, and i really hope to use it, except i have the code perfect and all and used the Xanga Skin Editor thing. But, i can only see my Blog on my Private site but no one else can see it on Public.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Ive been looking at the tutorials and reading like crazy, and then i had one of my friends who knows some Div stuff help me out and she got me to the point to where it does that.
