okay well..i think im a little over weight along the thigh area. ive been running twice a day ...once at school and once at home...but i still dont seem to loose any weight or get any skinnier. i DO eat like..healthy stuff but still i dunno...all these things arent working. maybe its just that i eat too much lol .. im happy with the way i am ..its not like oh i gained a pound omg omg omg..im like..totally fat or watever..i just wonna get into shape lol..
soo umm..do you guys have any exercising tips or stuff like that? thanks ![]() and sorry if theres something like this already hehehe.. ![]() |

Umm my standard work out for a day:
Arm weights (15 of each) dumbell press bicep curls dumbell flys and like 4 more don't know names or how to describe Leg weights (15 of each) lunges squats Abs (50 of each) crunches oblique twists Yea I think that's about it, you can try some of those and running is always good. Eating well is good too, looks like your on a good track. But I gained weight since I started working out, so muscle weights more than fat, it's not all about a number, it's how satisfied about the way you look in the mirror, it's ok too be a little muscular! |
