my controls (at the top) > look to the left, scroll down, you'll see personal profile:
signature, that's the stuff that follows everyone's posts, put your picture there, you won't have to keep attatching it... avatar, yeah, google avatars or you can choose some that createBlog has (click on edit avatar and you'll see where it says look through our galleries)
