all the moving avators are called animated .gifs. They are just a bunch of pictures put together into one big picture. You can use Adobe Imageready to make the animations. If you need more help, you should google it. Or ask someone. xD
GOOGLE <3 and yea, Jose will be very mad that you took his avator. I suggest you take it off.
