I was asked the following question in class:
Is it tampering with forbidden things to try to improve someone's intelligence? ( by surgery or artificially) what do you think? |

It's hard to tell--such a complex ethical question. I mean I have a cousin who has down syndrome and a surgical procedure to give him advanced thought processes would be absolutely amazing
