What age do you guys think people should start dating?
I've seen so many youg kids like 5th and 6th grade having a lot of boyfriends and becoming obsessed with boys and all that. I was talking to this one girl online, because she wanted me to make her an icon for AIM and it had to do with a boy and over the couse of about 4 days I've done one for 3 different boys and she's 12 years old, so I guess 6th or 7th grade? She tells me all of them. She says something like we broke up. I sad aww I'm sorry or something and she's like oh but it's ok I got another one. So it's like you don't actually love the person or really care, so why do it. I think kids should start like serious dating in high school. The youngest I think kids should date is maybe 8th grade depending on how mature you are...whats your opinion? If ther's already a topic on it sorry. ![]() |

QUOTE(mishyerr @ Feb 1 2005, 6:11 PM) 13 for silly, school-based relationships when you get your driver's liscense age + for serious, love, romantic relationships I agree with this, but I don't think you should really put a specific age on it because some girls mature faster than others. In other words, for not so serious relationships, when the girl acts like she's thirteen she is ready and when she acts like she is 16 she is ready for a more serious relationship. |
