When I first came to U.S in 4th grade, I was sent into ESL and I would get confused between kitchen and chicken. Not that I didn't know the different, but the pronounciations always confused me. Haha. But I never make that mistake anymore!

:flashbacks: Darn. I remember back in the day I had to go to ESL. Funny thing is: I was born in the U.S... wtwhoa?
I still kinda get confused, 'cause when I learned it: I was up North and you guys know how different people in the Northeast and Southeast speak.. ![]() |
