1. i just got my braces on Saturday
2. my teeth hurts everytime when i chew, bite, and eat. 3. i cant eat alot and i cant stuck all my food in my mouth ... 4. is that normal ? 5. tell me about your experiences 6. what should i eat ? |

Everyone in here has given pretty good advice--just make sure you talk to your orthodontist and pay attention to the things they tell you to do when you have your braces on and after you get them off. I didn't listen and now I might as well have never gotten them in on the front row. My teeth are all shifted back into the same place they were before the braces.
Someone recommended wax--that stuff is okay but it sucks when it comes off in your food and you have to keep replacing it. It doesn't taste like anything but just remember to take it out first anyways. And braces these days are a little more fashionable than even when I had them in elementary and middle school. Good luck with them  !
