ok, im your age, 12, and all i use is mascara, lip gloss, eye liner, and eye shadow.. ok, here we go:

lips: all i ever use is nude/glossy lipgloss; i recommend
1)lancome juicy tubes in juicy pop, daiquiri, and miracle
2)benefit "the gloss" in miss priss

ok, i like expensive stuff, but thats just because my mom is makeup artist so she gets like, half-off all over the place

the eyes (do em in this order):
a)eyeliner:
1) ok, kinda pull your eyes to the sides (like how when you were teo and you did "japanese eyes") with one finger and hold your eyeliner pencil w/ the other.. i generally use a brown-black one, but thats just because i have fairer skin, blue eyes, and light brown hair, but you can use w/e. then line te top lid from the outside in. i recommend not lining the whole lid.. just from the very corner of your eye to just past the center.. and dont abruptly stop the line, bring it down into the eye
2) for the lower lid, pull your lower lid down, and take the side of your pencil. do NOT line the inside part of your eye.. this will make your eyes look smaller. what i usually do i just lightly line right about where my eyelashes start. stop the line just before where you stopped the top line.
ok, i use lancome kohl liner in black-brown or black.. depending what mood im in..a dn whichever one is sharpened

b)eyeshadow
step 1) start out with the eyeshadow. find two solors on the smae pallete or that clash.. one shoudl be darker than the other. (ei: light pink and black/dark gray; yellowy-green and blue; light purple and dark purple)
step 2) cover your lid with the lighter shade.
step 3) put the darker shade on the outside of your eyes and along the outer part of the crease
step 4) if you really want, put a thin line of the darker color just below your eyeliner on the outer lid, but i usually dont

c)mascara
step 1) tilt your head back so you have to look down on your mirror. this is so that you dont get the mascara on the top of your lids
step 2) top lashes: ok, for longer lashes, first brush the back part of your lashes. then, do the front of the, but wiggle your wand to avoid clumping
step 3) lower lashes: ok, dont wiggle on these, because that'll give you spidery lashes, and those arent too cool. just kinda brush 'em once our twice
i strongly reccomend covergirl fantastic lash.. its better than the lancome stuff my mom gave me
