1. i just got my braces on Saturday
2. my teeth hurts everytime when i chew, bite, and eat. 3. i cant eat alot and i cant stuck all my food in my mouth ... 4. is that normal ? 5. tell me about your experiences 6. what should i eat ? |

braces hurt like a BITCH....good luck
after 3 year sof braces , you wear your retainer for a year, than after a year you wear your retainer when you sleep..i think forever ...on braces, there is this rubber thing that connects one braces onto another, it pulls your teeth together....tsk tsk that was hell |
