moving chatterbox and module over |

ok, so i made my own layout, and imoved the module over to the left and the chatterbox is between the blog area and the module, which is fine, but there is a huuuuuUUUUggee space between the chatterbox and module, and the blog area. is there anyway to move them closer together?
