Hey guys! I need help with writing an essay to get me into a program called International Baccaluaureate.

What I need to do is write an essay with the topic of this : Sociologists claim that the world is shrinking in that the opportunity to communicate and to travel has created an international community that will contunue to influence thought, culture, and the economy. Consider what it means to have a world-class education. Include your thoughts on how "international" you consider yourself to be now as your enter the program and what your expectations are for the international academic connections that may be addressed through the IB program.

I've been trying to write this essay for the past hour but all I've come up is a paragraph full of crap =/ Thanks so much for helping me out though! I just need a couple of ideas to write about...so thanks again =]

There is a high correlation between students experiencing an academically challenging high school curriculum and students who complete a college degree within five years of finishing high school. I think it is smarter to take classes that are more challenging in high school. I think it would help me if I was ahead with the curriculum. It would probably give me an advantage when competing for a job, or applying to college’s to be involved in the International Baccalaureate Program. Taking higher-level classes in high school will put me in high-level classes in college, which will lead to a successful future. There are very many benefits with being involved in the International Baccalaureate Program. I will be in better classes, which will teach me a curriculum at a higher and faster pace, to get me ahead of the game. I think I would learn a lot more in the International Baccalaureate Program then if I were taking a regular class. A high education is the secret to getting a better career. I am a highly motivated student, and I am willing to do whatever it takes to get the highest possible education. I think in the International Baccalaureate Program, I would be in an environment more focused on learning. I know that being involved in the International Baccalaureate Program will help me when it comes to post-secondary learning options. I would like to advance my education as soon as possible, that way I can be ahead and will succeed in my future. However, I am also more then aware of the challenges in store for me. I know that being in a more difficult class, I would probably maintain a lower Grade Point Average then I would have being in a regular class. However, I am motivated and willing to work very hard to succeed in the International Baccalaureate Program. I’m aware of the challenges I may face, but I am certain that I can handle it because I am a very hardworking student. I am willing to make the commitment required to succeed in the International Baccalaureate Program.
