ebay buying activity limit

Well, im currently in progress bidding an item. and I've won another item which I will pay shortly. I wanted to bid on another item but it says buying limit activity reached. it wont let me confirm the bid. what do i do? and also when u go in to "MY EBAY" and then "WON" i removed the item i won..but im still going to pay for it..thats ok right?

See this is what you get. I've bought and sold hundreds of things from eBay for over 4 years but I've never gotten a "buying limit activity reached" message... I'm guessing it may be something your parents put in? Like a parental control option lol. But anyway you should really search through the eBay Help section or ask customer support. And just chill out with all that eBay stuff for now.
