can someone give me the code on how to make the words in your header centered and how to make it so the tagline goes under the site name instead of next to it. like on this persons xanga ..http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=just_breathe__for_me'

i knew it was a custom header, thats what i said.
I just didn't know the code for the size of the text |
