Help with skin! Options

I'm making my 1st skin and I gota a few problems. If u look at my Xanga, my blog is not at the right position. I cant move it! Another problem is that there is a blog in that blog and I'm trying to put it into the "all about me box". This is my skin url ...

this should explain all of it...you just have to keep playing around with the numbers, if you still don't get it I'll walk you through it
