What is the best photo editor out there? Like, for a web site background or for Xanga. Or is there really any difference?
I know this isn't geared specifically toward Xanga, but I don't know where else to put it...I'm more concerned about the HTML aspects of a photo editor. And yes, I AM a newbie....lol |
