is there anything you can do for weak ankles? they hurt like hell.. even when i walk sometimes it hurts badly..

You know I have weak ankles too, but it is because I sprained it
pretty bad a year ago, but it still hurts once in a while. The other reason might be cuz you are flat-fooetd like someone said, I am also flat-footed and it tends to make walking a little rougher on us.. so I actually recommend to do some excersies to make ur ankles stronger, I don't really think a doctor can do much about it.. |
