is there anything you can do for weak ankles? they hurt like hell.. even when i walk sometimes it hurts badly..

no i have the same problem with my knees, there isn't much you can do but get surgery. I forgot what it's called, but they add cartiladge to whatever joint is weak to cushion it. It's actually dead people's cartiledge.
